Dr. German Yanes, MD, is a board-certified physician in Family and Aesthetic Medicine with over 15 years of experience serving the communities of Buford and Gainesville, Georgia. Known for his compassionate and professional care, Dr. Yanes offers a comprehensive medical approach that blends preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and advanced aesthetic treatments—all in one practice.
In the field of family medicine, he provides routine physical exams, wellness checkups, acute care, chronic disease management (including diabetes and hypertension), and minor procedures such as outpatient surgeries, joint injections, and dermatologic treatments. He also works closely with specialists to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care for each patient.
As an aesthetic medicine specialist, Dr. Yanes is certified to perform Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and facial rejuvenation treatments. He is also professionally certified in the use of Alma Duo (for intimate wellness) and Harmony XL PRO (for pigmentation, acne, rosacea, laser hair removal, and more).
